How do I return an item?

We only accept returns for a refund minus 10% restocking fee on items that are unopened and in the same, original, condition that they were when you received them. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery of your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
In the event that we inadvertantly sent out the wrong item in your order, we will pay for shipping both ways (to and from your location). In all other cases except damaged goods during shipment, the buyer is responsible for paying to ship the item back. Shipping charges will not be refunded under normal circumstances.
